Trinity is an Amazing Place of Grace. And you are an Amazing Collection of Grace filled people. It is an absolute joy to be your pastor. I want to THANK YOU for your continued participation in God’s TLC Miracle. A church, at a wide spot in the road in Freeland, is touching lives and touching the world.
This weekend we have you covered at every turn. There is no need to take the ferry, no need to go to America. Stay on the Island and come to TLC. I promise you that you will be blessed beyond measure by the two special events that we are hosting this weekend.
MARK PEARSON and Friends in Concert, Saturday, April 29 at 3:00 pm in the TLC Sanctuary.
Mark is an amazingly talented musician, singer, and songwriter. We use Mark’s music in our worship services, and he has graced us with his gift of music at worship on several occasions. Mark is longtime member of the Brothers Four. Three of the Four Brothers will be performing during this concert. This incredible performance will be repeated in a couple of weeks at Benaroya Hall in downtown Seattle.
Mark is in the upper echelon of the most talented musicians in the world, but even more importantly, he also happens to be one of the nicest and most genuine people that you will ever meet. The concert is free. Freewill offerings will go to charity. So, bring your friends and neighbors. I promise that you will not be disappointed.
DR. JERRY CAMERY-HOGGATT in Concert, Sunday, April 30th at 6:00 pm in the TLC Sanctuary.
This is a Storytelling Concert unlike any that you have experienced. Besides being a member of TLC, Jerry is a Professor Emeritus of New Testament and Narrative Theology. He is an author, theologian, and lecturer but storytelling is his passion. He said, “This is the most fun thing that I do.”
I would encourage you to set Sunday evening aside and be prepared to have some fun. Come and be blessed by this nearly forgotten art form. Bring your children, bring your neighbors, turn off the TV, and come to your church and enjoy this unique experience. No tickets are needed; this concert too, is free.
