Trinity Preschool has been serving the South Whidbey community for more than 40 years.

Starting in 1985 St. Augustine’s Preschool, a non-denominational Christian preschool, was sponsored by St. Augustine’s in-the-Woods Episcopal Church in Freeland. 

In August 2008 St. Augustine’s Preschool closed and Trinity Preschool opened at Trinity Lutheran Church, just across the highway in Freeland. 

The preschool program, philosophy and mission remain the same.

2026/2027 Preschool Registration

2-3 Year Old Class:

For children who are at least two by May 31, 2026, and are potty trained.

Weds/Fri, 9:00 to 12:00, $215/month

3-4 Year Old Class:

This class is for children who are at least 3 by August 31, 2026 and are fully potty trained. 

Tues/Thurs, 9:00 – 12:30, $250/month

PreK Class:

We have started a waitlist for the 2026-27 PreK Class.

For children who are four by August 31, 2026 and expect to attend kindergarten in the fall of 2027. Students will bring a lunch to eat at school every day.

Tues/Weds/Thurs, 9:00 – 1:00, $305/month 

Friday Enrichment Add-On:

A mixed-age class for 3-4’s and PreK students who are ready for an additional day of school. This class involves fun activities related to a new book each week. Activities may include science, art, baking, etc. Space is limited.

Fri 9:00 – 12:00, $110/month

Registration and Tuition

Completion of the Application Form does not guarantee placement for the 2026-27 school-year. Class sizes are limited and may reach capacity early. Please return the form to Trinity Preschool, email to preschool@trinityfreeland.org or call 360-331-5191.

Annual Registration Fee is $100. You will receive an invoice through Brightwheel, our preschool communication and administration platform. For multiple children within a family, the maximum registration fee is capped at $150/family.

Tuition is due on the 8th of each month, September – May.
