Thank You, Easter Volunteers!
From sprucing up our gardens, to preparing and serving the Seder meal, to creating our Easter garden display and everything in between, Holy Week at Trinity would not have happened without our wonderful volunteers! Thank you!
Our amazing garden team, coordinated by Sandy Nelson, worked hard in the weeks leading up to Easter to refresh and clean up the many flower beds and garden areas around our property. Randy Enberg pressure washed the courtyard in preparation for our Sunrise Service on Easter morning.
Nancy Treggett and Marie Bergstrom led an amazing team of volunteers who cooked, prepared, and served a beautiful Seder Meal on Maundy Thursday evening. Thank you for the delicious food and the meaningful reminders of the deep history of our faith.
Preparation of the incredible Easter Garden began immediately after the Good Friday service. Verna Lawsen once again brought the garden together with a beautiful vision and a wonderful team of volunteers who created this masterpiece on Saturday morning. Thank you!
The gym and kitchen were busy on Saturday, too! We had volunteers setting up tables and chairs, prepping silverware, making fruit trays, and getting a jump start on Easter breakfast. Thank you for the behind-the-scenes work that led to a delicious and festive Easter breakfast!
Easter morning volunteers include youth and their families “hiding” eggs for the egg hunt, serving breakfast, and keeping things flowing in the gym.
We are also grateful for the many volunteers who provided incredible hospitality for our guests and congregation members on Easter morning: greeters, ushers, communion, servers, and all those who shared smiles, greetings, and warmth in the sanctuary and beyond.
