Facing Climate Change – Saturday, April 21 from 7 to 9 p.m.
at Trinity with Kathleen Dean Moore, PhD.

“This is the time. This is the top of the hill, when the beautiful blue marble can roll either way. This is what a tipping point looks like. We’re there.”

Join us Saturday April 21 night from 7 until 9 p.m. in the sanctuary to hear Kathleen Dean Moore. Kathleen is an inspiring speaker, writer and moral philosopher, best known for her award-winning books of essays that celebrate the wild world. Her growing alarm at the devastation of the planet has led her to focus on the moral urgency of action against climate change.

Included in the evening are musical interludes by local musician Barbara Dunn.

This event is sponsored by the Greening Congregations Collaborative. For more information talk to Trinity members Barb Bennett and Donald Miller or contact Terra Anderson, terria@whidbey.com
